Comporex texofoam™ is the next generation textile foam for application as a light weight layer in fiber reinforced plastic laminates.

The product comprises a unique pressure resistant foam structure, printed in a PET-nonwoven fiber base. Texofoam is a flexible roll good product and can be draped and formed in all kind of complex geometries to give low weight stiffness and save raw materials.

texofoam™ HEX

texofoam™ HEX is specially designed to be applied as core layer in thermoset resin infusion processes. It contains hexagon shaped foam islands and flow channels, engineered towards an optimal balance between resin flow and material and weight saving.

texofoam™ PLAIN

texofoam™ PLAIN is specially designed to be applied as print blocking layer in resin impregnation and infusion processes, forming excellent surface cosmetics. It contains a fine dotted foam pattern that smoothens the effects of resin shrinkage and patterns from reinforcement and core layers.
